Refund/Return Policy: All digital products and USB flash drives are non-refundable. Courses can be cancelled up to 10 days before the first day of the course for a full refund, less $100. No refunds will be provided for cancellations less than 10 days from the start of the course. If you’re not satisfied with your IM or Pediatrics print Core or print Flashcards, we allow returns within 14 days. Student print and digital products are non-refundable. Products purchased with a promotional code are non-refundable.

Once an order has been placed, MedStudy is unable to modify the address or stop the products from shipping.
